Arriving by Air
Glasgow can be easily accessed by air. Glasgow International Airport is located just eight miles (13 kilometres) west of Glasgow city centre. Airlines also fly into Prestwick and Edinburgh airports, both approximately 1 hour from Glasgow. Rail
Glasgow is served by two main railway stations, Glasgow Queen Street and Glasgow Central Station. Both stations have frequent services to locations such as Edinburgh (45 minutes) and to other destinations in Scotland, or to the south and to London (5 hours).
